I started to paint this painting after experiencing a highly emotional experience.

I was witness to complete love, devotion and blind trust in all that Hashem does at the Hachnasat Sefer Torah in memory of my sweet, adorable niece.

I dedicate this painting to my brother and sister-in-law and Jews everywhere, who throughout the generations hold onto the Torah tight and continue to keep strong in their belief.

התחלתי לצייר אותו יום אחרי שמחת הכנסת ספר תורה שכתבו לעילוי נשמת אחיינית – ילדה מתוקה ומדהימה.

את כל הכאב אספנו ובלי שאלות,

מתרפקים עליך – התורה הקדושה הממלאה את החסר.

“לולאי תורתך שעשועי אז אבדתי בעוניי”.

מקדישה את הציור לגיסי וגיסתי ולכל אחד מעם ישראל לאורך כל הדורות שממשיך להאמין, להחזיק חזק ולהתרפק על תורתנו הקדושה.
